Our Story
Built in 1923 as a foundry for the Pennsylvania steel industry, The Gathering Place sat vacant for forty years before we fell in love with it. The exposed brick stayed. The steel beams stayed. Everything else was reimagined.
Today it hosts weddings that feel like myths, corporate retreats that actually work, art openings that launch careers, and community markets that bring the neighborhood together. Our gift shop sells the work of the artists and makers who call this building home.
