About

Built by a person,
not an agency.

My name is Cameron. I build websites and practice management tools for attorneys — specifically estate planning attorneys. One practice area. One person. No account managers between you and me.

When you email me, I answer. When something breaks, I fix it. When you have a question nobody else has thought to ask, I research it.

The Story

I built this for a friend.
Then I understood why
it had to exist.

I built the first version of this system for a small business owner who was running on five disconnected tools, losing hours every week to re-entering the same information, and watching leads fall through the cracks because nothing followed up automatically.

The system worked. He got organized. His business grew. And I realized the problem wasn’t specific to his industry — it was specific to a kind of professional: solo and small-team practitioners who are genuinely excellent at what they do and genuinely terrible at the operational infrastructure that makes a practice run.

Attorneys fit that description precisely. And within the attorney world, estate planning attorneys fit it most precisely. They work in high-trust, high-stakes relationships. Their clients share their most private financial and family information. And their digital presence — if it exists at all — often doesn’t come close to matching the quality of the work they actually do.

That gap bothers me. Closing it is what this is about.

Privacy-first by design.

Attorneys handle client information that is confidential by law and by professional duty. The system is architected so I can maintain your website and features without access to your client records. This isn’t a setting I can toggle — it’s how the access roles are built.

I never see your client data. That’s the promise. The architecture enforces it.

Your own server.
Your own system.
Your own data.

Every client gets a dedicated server — not a shared environment where your data sits alongside other firms’ data. Your practice is isolated. Your information doesn’t touch anyone else’s.

Remote-first. Nationwide.

I work remotely. My clients are across the country. Geography has never been a limitation, and it won’t be for you. We work by video, by email, and by shared screen — the same way you work with remote clients.

Why Only Three

“Why only estate planning?”

Because knowing your world matters. An agency that builds for anyone can’t know the specific compliance issues around attorney websites. They don’t know that bar advertising rules prohibit outcome guarantees. They don’t know the difference between a WealthCounsel member and an ACTEC fellow. They don’t know how referral relationships with CPAs and financial advisors actually work.

I do. Not because I’ve practiced law — I haven’t. But because I’ve gone deep into this specific community. I’ve read the research. I know what a typical Monday looks like for an estate planning attorney. I know what they fear, what they want back, and what language works versus what doesn’t.

That depth means I can build tools that fit the actual shape of your practice — not generic small business software with “attorney” duct-taped to the label.

Estate Planning

Referral tracking from CPAs and financial advisors, engagement letter workflows, post-matter follow-up sequences, digital asset planning checklists.

Transparency

What I actually do
every month.

The $399/month retainer covers active maintenance — not just hosting. Here’s what happens each month, honestly. For most clients, this takes me 20-35 minutes of direct attention. The systems do the rest.

Security updates

Platform updates, dependency patches, and security hardening applied as they're released — before they become vulnerabilities.

Backups verified

Daily backups run automatically. Each month I confirm the backup is clean and restore-ready. If something goes wrong, recovery takes minutes, not days.

System health check

I review uptime logs, check that your automations are firing correctly, and catch anything that needs attention before you notice it.

Your change requests

New bio? Updated practice areas? New team member? Up to 5 changes per month are included. I handle them, you review them, done.

Monitoring

If your site goes down, I know before you do. Uptime alerts run 24/7. You'll never discover a problem because a client told you.

Access audit

Monthly review of who has access to what — confirming that your client data remains in your hands only, not mine.

I’m being transparent about this because I think you deserve to know what you’re paying for. The value isn’t my time per month — it’s the system that runs your practice when I’m not touching it.

Philosophy

You went to law school
to practice law.
I went to work so you could.

There is a version of a law practice where an attorney spends most of their day doing the thing they trained for: advising clients, drafting documents, navigating complex legal situations that require genuine expertise. That’s the practice worth building.

There is another version — the one most solo and small-firm attorneys actually live — where a significant portion of every day goes to scheduling, chasing invoices, re-entering data, updating websites, following up on leads that went cold, and wondering why the newsletter never gets sent.

The gap between those two versions is what I’m closing. Not by replacing your judgment or your expertise — I can’t do that, and I wouldn’t try. But by making sure the infrastructure underneath your practice works the way it should, so your time can go where it matters.

That’s what this is. That’s what I do.

If this sounds like
what you need —

A 30-minute call. You see the system, ask every question you have, and decide whether it fits. No pressure and no pitch — if it’s not right for you, I’ll tell you so.
