Started with a grandmother's recipe and a tiny oven.
I'm Maya Chen. I fell in love with baking at age eight, standing on a stool in my grandmother's kitchen, watching her turn simple ingredients into something that made everyone feel at home. Twelve years ago, I turned that love into Copper & Cream — a bakery where every bite carries intention.
We source local and organic wherever possible. We bake in small batches, never frozen. We believe a good cake isn't just dessert — it's a memory in the making. That's what drives every decision in this kitchen.
